After ten years of experimentation, he discovered the secret to this aroma lay not in the leaves, but in the tender, velvety stems of the young White Peony.
We’ve carefully balanced White Peony leaves and stems with Waikato Oolong from Zealong Estate to create a delicate expression of orchard fruit with a long, honeyed finish.
